• Prices are subject to change based on material costs and customization/design modifications.
• Any additional costs due to changes after order confirmation will billed separately.
• Delays caused by external factors like raw material shortages, courier issues, and others are not our responsibility.
• Customers must inspect orders upon delivery. Claims for defects or damages must reported immediately.
• Due to manufacturing processes, slight variations in color, size, and material may occur.
• Orders once placed will not permitted to be canceled once the order is processed.
• Refunds or replacements will be issued for defective products, subject to verification.
• Custom-printed items are non-refundable.
• Customers must confirm that they have the right to use any logos, artwork, or content submitted for printing.
• We are not liable for copyright infringement claims related to customer-supplied designs.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
• We are not responsible for indirect damages, including lost profits or business disruptions.
• We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. Updated information will be posted on our website.
